Welcome to my blog.

I am Dr. Anil Sharma, one of the senior-most disciples of Ustad Manju Habibuddin Khan Saheb, the revered Khalifa of the Ajrada Gharana. I had the rare honour of learning tabla under his able guidance for over 30 years, immersing myself deeply in the rich traditions and intricate compositions of both the Delhi and Ajrada Gharanas.

Through this blog, I aim to share valuable insights, rare compositions, and the timeless legacy passed down by my Guru.

I am currently serving as a Tabla Instructor at S.D.P. College for Women, Ludhiana, where I continue to teach and preserve this beautiful art form.
